In the current medical marketplace, insurance companies may alter terms of coverage and reimbursement when trying to renew their contracts with us, often with little advance notice. Periodically, acceptable terms cannot be negotiated, and thus the practice cannot renew a contract. We understand the sudden inconvenience that this may cause. We recommend periodic review of this page for coverage updates. Our billing department may also offer assistance before or at the time of your appointment. Patients may still be seen in our offices despite not having traditional insurance coverage; please also refer to "Practice Policies."

  • Managed Care Plans
  • Tricare

Plans Not Accepted

Ventura Cardiology does not accept the following insurance plans:

  • Blue Cross Covered California
  • Kaiser Permanente
  • Gold Coast Medi-Cal (Primary or Secondary)
  • United Healthcare (Primary)
